A reading of your business, every morning
Each morning the AI reads your location's totals and rates from yesterday: members, joins and cancellations, retention, attendance and, for managers and owners, money. It writes one or two short paragraphs on what matters most right now, and a line on what changed since last week.
It reads totals, not people: it never sees a member's name, phone number, email or card.
Every number checked against your data
Before a reading is shown, the software compares each number in it with the figures it came from. If any number does not match, the reading is rewritten; if it still does not match, no new reading is shown that day. Point at a number to see exactly what it is, and where there is a report behind it, open it.
That is the difference that matters with AI in a business tool: a confident summary with a wrong number in it is worse than no summary at all.
Built on your history, not just this week
The reading draws on the same depth as our retention reports: churn as a rate, how long members stay before they cancel, and how each month's joiners are doing. So it can tell you that most of your losses come in the first months, not only that three people cancelled.
The right reading for each person
Owners, administrators and managers see the full reading, including money such as past-due amounts. Front-desk staff see a version written without any business money. The reading is written in your location's language.
An AI helper inside every screen
Click How to... at the top of any page and ask in your own words. The answer comes from our help articles and menus only, as numbered steps with the menu path, and names the article it used. It knows your role, so it only points you to pages you can open, and it answers in English or Spanish.
If we do not have something, it says so plainly and offers to send it to us as an idea. If you are still stuck, it opens a support request with your question already in it.
