Tuition that collects itself
Families are billed on one account with one statement and one autopay. When a card declines, autopay tries again the next morning and the family is told the same day. Families pay in your dojo's name, through a merchant account held in your name.
Ranks the way your dojo grades
Each program has its own ranking system. Start from the standard ladder, White, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple and Brown through black belt 1st to 10th dan, then rename, reorder or remove ranks to match your kyu and dan grades. Choose each belt from 68 built-in belt pictures, set a grading fee per rank, and every promotion stays on the student's record.
The Promotions screen shows who is ready to test by classes attended or time at rank, and puts them on a test day.
Know who is slipping, while there is still time
Students check themselves in at the door, and that attendance feeds the at-risk warnings: students who have stopped coming show up on your Home screen while a call still changes the outcome. Retention is reported as a rate, with tenure at cancellation, so you can see whether students stay longer this year than last.
Dojang, kwoon, club or academy
Whatever your art calls the training hall, the software is the same: a taekwondo dojang with frequent testing cycles, a judo club with kyu and dan grades, a kung fu kwoon with sashes, or a mixed-art academy with kids and adult programs. Each program keeps its own ranks, and the app and emails run in English and Spanish.
