How does it know a member is at risk?
It compares each member with their own usual pace. A member is listed when, over the last 4 weeks, they came half as often as their average over the 12 weeks before, or less, and that average was at least one visit a week. Each row says why in words.
Can the AI make up numbers?
Every figure in the AI reading is checked against your records before it is shown. If a number does not match, you do not see the reading.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes for your team and your emails. Each person on your team chooses English or Spanish in the app, and each family gets emails in their own language.
