About
Software for businesses
that bill members every month
Black Belt CRM is built by Anexan Solutions, Inc. We have been running membership businesses on it since 2011.
About the name
A black belt is a standard, not a sport. It is what you call someone who has put in the years and knows their craft completely — and that is the standard we hold the software to, and the one we want you holding your business to.
It started as karate software. That is where the product began, and it is where the name came from. It grew into martial arts generally, and then into every business that bills recurring members — gyms, dance studios, swim programs, cheer and gymnastics, music tuition, after-school care. The name stayed.
Which turned out to matter more than it sounds. Martial arts is the hardest version of this problem: billing that is rarely a flat monthly fee, families on one account, ranks and time in grade, attendance that decides progression, and an owner who is on the mat when a payment fails. Software built to survive that handles a gym or a swim program comfortably. The reverse is not true, and it is why the product went the direction it did rather than starting broad and thinning out.
So the name is not a claim about who we serve. If you bill members every month, this was built for you — and it was built by people who started with the demanding case.
The standard for membership mastery.
What we actually do
We handle the parts of a membership business that repeat: billing that runs without being chased, one record per household rather than per person, attendance tied to the class and the program, and enquiries tracked from first contact to enrolled.
And then the part almost nobody else does — we tell youwhy members leave. Cohort retention curves, how long people last before they go, churn as a rate rather than a raw count. Not from an industry benchmark, but read out of your own history.
That last part is why the years matter. Black Belt CRM has kept the whole record since 2011: every status change, every promotion, every attendance mark, every payment. A platform holding two years of shallow data cannot answer which lead source produced members still paying at twelve months, no matter how many screens it adds. See the retention reports
Who we are
Anexan Solutions, Inc. has been building and running this software since 2011, from Florida. Anexan is the company you contract with and the name that appears on your statement — worth knowing before the first charge, because people dispute what they do not recognise.
We are a small company, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. It is why you get an answer from someone who knows the product rather than a queue.
What we are honest about
Every vendor lists what they have. Here is the other half, with what we are doing about it — because you should find this before the trial rather than after.
- Import opens in October. You will bring your members over yourself during the trial, see the result before anything is written, and be able to undo it. Until then, bringing records across is manual, and there is a free checker you can run on your own export first — see what would move.
- The member portal is being rebuilt, close behind it.Families deal with your front desk in the meantime. There is no branded mobile app, and that is a longer way off.
- We do not publish an uptime figure. We treat downtime as urgent and we would rather commit to nothing we cannot hold to. If you need specifics before signing, ask and you will get a straight answer.
How we price
One price by the size of your membership, published on a page, with every feature on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier and there are no per-staff charges. Extra Locations, payment processing and text messaging are charged only if you use them. See the ladder

Questions before you start go to our contact page, and reach someone who can actually look at your situation. The trial runs 30 days, asks for no card, and switches every feature on.
