Billing
Martial arts billing software that bills the whole family
BlackBeltCRM bills martial arts businesses on ten cycles, including by attendance, with every family on one statement, cards and ACH, and testing fees kept apart from tuition. Every feature is on every plan: $49 to $249 a month by active members, with the price published.
Built for the way families actually pay
A martial arts roster is a pile of exceptions: three siblings on two programs, an adult who pays by the class, a one-off grading fee, a rate that should change after the summer. Billing here is held per billing line, and each line belongs to a member and a family, so siblings on different programs arrive as one statement to one parent.
Ten billing cycles, including by attendance
Choose one-time, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, four-weekly, quarterly, semi-annual, yearly or by attendance. A family can hold several at once and each line keeps its own next billing date instead of everything firing on the first.
Tuition, testing fees and retail stay separate
Each billing line carries its own registration fee, taxable flag and ledger account, so tuition, testing fees and retail arrive categorised instead of as one deposit to unpick at month end. Autopay is set per line, so one membership can be on autopay while a private lesson is paid at the desk.
Cards and ACH
Members can pay by card or ACH. When an autopay payment fails, the next morning’s run tries again and the family is emailed if a card is declined. Late fees and returned-payment fees are yours to configure.
