Multi-Location

Every Location separate.
Every number together.

One account covers the whole organization. Each Location runs its own way, and the reporting still adds up.

One account, not one system per site

Adding a second Location does not mean a second subscription, a second login, or a second database to keep in step. It is the same account, and staff choose which Location they are working in when they sign in.

That matters most for the person who works across two sites on a Tuesday. They have one set of credentials and switch, rather than holding two accounts and hoping they are in the right one before they take a payment.

What each Location controls on its own

  • Its own staff and permissions — security levels are set per Location, so an instructor at one site is not administering another
  • Its own pricing and packages — a downtown site charging differently from a suburban one is normal, not a workaround
  • Its own calendar — programs and class times belong to the site that runs them
  • Its own income and expense — each Location's books stand alone, because a site that is losing money is invisible in a combined figure
  • Its own billing cycle settings — sites acquired at different times rarely bill on the same day

And what you get to see across all of them

Consolidated reporting reads the whole organization at once — members, revenue, attendance, retention. The point is being able to compare: which site keeps members longest, which one loses them at month three, which programs travel between sites and which do not.

That comparison is only possible because it is one account. Two separate systems give you two reports and no way to put them side by side. See the retention reporting

Members can move between Locations

A family that moves across town, or a member who trains at two sites, transfers with their history intact — attendance, grading, payment record. They do not become a new member with a blank file, which is what happens when each site is its own system.

What it costs

Your first Location is included in your plan. Each additional one is $39 a month, and that is the whole of it — no separate subscription, no setup fee per site, and no functionality withheld from smaller Locations.

Worth comparing directly: several competitors price per location, so a second site roughly doubles the bill rather than adding $39 to it. See the full pricing
