Why we put our price on the website
Some martial arts software is priced after a demo; much is published. Who publishes what in 2026, why we publish ours, and what to ask when it is not.
You can read our price before you speak to anyone: $49 a month for up to 25 members, up to $249 a month for 501 and more, every feature on every plan. That was a decision, and this is why we made it, along with who else in the market does the same.
Who publishes, and who does not
Checked on each company’s own website on October 24, 2026:
| Company | Price on the website |
|---|---|
| Kicksite | Yes: $49, $99, $149 and $199 a month by active students |
| Gymdesk | Yes: $100 to $240 a month by active members, $75 to $200 with Gymdesk Payments |
| Zen Planner | Yes: Studio from $99, Essentials $198, Ultimate $348 a month, by active members |
| Spark Membership | Yes: $199 a month after an 8-week free trial |
| Mindbody | Partly: “Starting at $79 USD/month per location”; each plan says “Let’s talk” |
| AMS (ATLAS) | No: a free demo or a call |
| BlackBeltCRM | Yes: $49 to $249 a month by active members (pricing) |
Most of the market publishes. That is good for business owners, and it is worth saying so even about competitors.
Why we publish ours
You should be able to rule us out in a minute. A business owner comparing software has classes to teach. If our price does not fit, a published page saves you a sales call and saves us one too.
The price should not depend on who asks. A published ladder means two businesses of the same size pay the same, and you can see what you will pay when you grow before you sign anything.
It keeps us honest. Every feature is on every plan, so there is no tier to talk you up to. The only extras are the ones you choose: extra Locations at $39 each, payment processing and text messaging.
When the price is not on the page
Some companies price by quote because what they sell varies: a billing service, a website, consulting. That can be reasonable. If you are evaluating one, ask for these in writing before the demo ends:
- The monthly price at your size today, and at double your size.
- Any setup, onboarding or cancellation fee.
- Whether there is a contract, and its length.
- Whether any part of the price is a percentage of your tuition.
- How you get your data out if you leave.
A vendor who answers all five plainly is telling you a lot. Ours are on the pricing page and in the comparison, with a source and a date for every competitor fact.
Competitor prices are quoted from each company’s own website on October 24, 2026 and can change. Check their pages, and tell us if anything here is out of date.
