At the BlackBeltCRM check-in kiosk a member checks in on their own: with the check-in code on their phone, with a keyfob or card, or by their name. A parent can check in every family member at once.

A code that cannot be passed to a friend
Members find their code in the member portal. There is one for each member of the family at your location and, for families of two or more, a Whole family code. The code changes every 30 seconds, a screenshot of it stops working within two minutes, and a code works only at the location it belongs to.
Three ways in, one screen
Hold the phone code up to the scanner, or to the iPad’s camera if your kiosk uses it. Scan a keyfob or card as usual. Or type a first or last name and tap the photo. If two people match, the kiosk asks which one is you. People without the portal, including those on a trial, use a keyfob or their name.
The result appears straight away, for example “You’re checked in: Kids Class 5:00 PM”, sometimes with a line just for them such as a first visit or a birthday. The screen clears itself after a few seconds for the next person.
The whole family in one scan
When a parent scans the Whole family code, the kiosk shows the family members at that location who have an active membership, each with a photo and all ticked. The parent unticks anyone who is not coming today and confirms. Each person gets their own result.
Private while locked
While the kiosk is locked for self-service it never shows money owed or anything about another member.
Questions people ask
Do members need an app?
Members show their code from the member portal. The phone needs an internet connection to show a fresh code.
What about people without the portal?
They check in with a keyfob, a card or their name.
Is the kiosk an extra charge?
No. Every plan includes every feature, and the price is published on the pricing page.
