Gymdesk pricing 2026: plans, Gymdesk Payments and what 75 members cost
Gymdesk costs $100 to $240 a month by active members, or $75 to $200 with Gymdesk Payments. Every tier, the add-ons, the card rates, and a 75-member year.
Gymdesk publishes its prices, explains what counts as a member, and lets you leave without a fee. That makes it one of the easier products in this market to compare honestly. The plans

Gymdesk counts active members only: “Visitors, frozen or cancelled members and prospects are not counted.” There is a 30-day free trial with no card, and “No setup fee, no minimum term, no cancellation cost.”
What changes the price
- Gymdesk Payments. The lower column applies when you process through Gymdesk Payments, available in the US and Canada. Their payments FAQ lists cards at 2.9% + $0.30 (3.5% for American Express) and ACH at 1%, capped at $5, plus a $5 monthly account fee. Card statements show “FWD* [Your Business Name]”, and the FWD* prefix cannot be removed.
- Your own processor. You can bring Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, GoCardless or Ezypay (source); the software then costs the higher column.
- Extra locations are $50 a month with Gymdesk Payments or $100 with your own processor.
- Branded member app: $100 a month, first month free.
- Website: included in every plan.

So at 75 members Gymdesk with Gymdesk Payments is $19 a month less than us, and we are $6 a month less than Gymdesk with your own processor. Card processing is separate on both sides, so compare your actual rate quotes too.
The picture changes with size. At 40 members Gymdesk is $100 ($75 with Gymdesk Payments) and we are $79. At 200 it is $240 ($200) and we are $159. Above 250 Gymdesk sizes the plan with you; our ladder stays published, $199 to 500 members and $249 above that. Extra locations are $39 each with us. The full ladder is on our pricing page.
Where Gymdesk is strong
A website in every plan, a branded app if you want one, a choice of payment processors, and self-serve exports with no fee to leave. Those are real advantages, and if a website is what you need this year, ours does not arrive until January 2027.
