Kicksite pricing 2026: what a 75-student martial arts school pays

Kicksite is $49 to $199 a month by active students, all features included. Every tier, the payment plans, the cancellation terms, and what 75 students cost.

Kicksite is built for martial arts schools and publishes its price. That makes it one of the cleanest comparisons in the market. Every figure below links to the Kicksite page it came from, checked on October 24, 2026.

The plans

From kicksite.com/pricing, by active students, with “all features included at every tier”:

Active students Per month
0 to 25 $49
26 to 50 $99
51 to 100 $149
101 and up $199

The first 30 days are free. Annual pricing is offered, but the discount is not published; their page says to ask on a demo. One-way texts and emails are free and unlimited, and Kicksite offers free data migration when you switch to them.

Payment processing

Kicksite works with Basys in the US and publishes three plans on its payment processing page: a flat-rate plan at $29 a month with 2.9% + $0.25 per card, a card-and-ACH plan at $49 a month with a $35 setup fee, 2.9% + $0.25 per card and $0.30 per ACH, and a service-fee plan where students pay an extra 3.75%. Stripe is their preferred international partner.

Contract and cancellation

From Kicksite’s terms of service: cancelling needs “a written 30 day cancellation notice via the cancellation request form”. Annual plans are “a yearly subscription contract that automatically renews every 12 months”, and “Kicksite will not issue refunds to Annual Plan customers.”

What a 75-student school pays

Per month Per year
Kicksite (51 to 100) $149 $1,788
BlackBeltCRM (51 to 100) $119 $1,428

That is $360 a year less with us at 75 students. Across the ladder, fairly: up to 25 students we are the same, $49. From 26 to 250 we are less ($79 against $99 at 40, $159 against $199 at 150). From 251 to 500 we are both $199, and above 500 Kicksite’s $199 is $50 a month less than our $249. Our full ladder is on the pricing page.

Where Kicksite is strong

Focus. Kicksite is martial arts software, with belt curriculum, testing events, one-click promotion and a full promotion history. It has automated lead nurturing, two-way texting since December 2025, free one-way texts and emails, and website design services. If martial arts is your whole business, that focus is real.

Where we put our weight: retention reported as a rate with cohorts and tenure at cancellation, at-risk warnings, families billed in your school’s name, the app, portal and emails in English and Spanish, and month to month: cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing cycle you have paid for.
