Comparison
Looking for a Jackrabbit Class alternative?
Swim, gymnastics, cheer, dance and music programs — and the strongest competitor in those markets. Here is where each of us is stronger, with prices we checked on 31 August 2026 and the sources listed at the bottom.
The difference that is not a feature
Most membership platforms tell you how many members you have. Very few tell you why they leave — and that is not a screen somebody forgot to build, it is a consequence of how long they have been keeping records and in what shape.
Black Belt CRM has been running membership businesses since 2011 and keeps the whole record: every status change, every promotion, every attendance mark, every payment. That is what makes cohort retention curves, tenure at cancellation and churn as a rate possible. A platform holding two years of shallow data cannot produce them by adding a report.
What Jackrabbit Class does better
Between about 26 and 100 members they are $49 and we are $59. That is the one band where they are cheaper, by ten dollars, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Their bands are built for class-based businesses carrying large rosters at modest revenue per student, which is exactly how swim and music programs work.
They are excellent at what they do and have been doing it a long time. If you are a class-based program between 26 and 100 members and price is the deciding factor, they are ten dollars a month cheaper and you should know that before the trial rather than after.
Where we are stronger
Everywhere else, and by more than you might expect from two published ladders. At 250 members they are $89 and we are $85. At 500 they are $129 and we are $125. At 1,000 they are $169 and we are $155. Above 3,000 they reach $245 while we stay at $195. And the argument was never only price: we read retention out of your history, and they do not produce cohort curves, tenure at cancellation, or churn as a rate.
In swim, gymnastics and dance they are the incumbent for good reason, and a 90-day money-back guarantee is a real commitment we do not match.

Switching
The trial runs 30 days, asks for no card, and switches every feature on. Bring one program across and run it alongside what you have — that is a more honest test than any demo, including ours.
One thing we will not pretend about: we have no import tool. Moving your records across is manual work today. If somebody tells you migration is effortless, ask them to show you.
